New - This status is used for freshly created payments.


Paid - This status indicates that the invoice has been paid, but payment is yet to be confirmed on the blockchain.
NOTE: for final confirmed payment status, see: Completed.


Partially paid - This status indicates that the payment has been partially made (paid amount is less than amount specified in the payment).


Expired - This status indicates that the payment wasn't made within 15 minutes.


Completed - This status indicates that the invoice has been fully paid and confirmed on the blockchain.


Refunded - This status indicates that the payment has been refunded to your customer.


As a Merchant, you can send money to your employees, provide rewards to partners, and pay customers.
To verify your business, you need to present scans of different documents depending on your jurisdiction. You can find out the details from our Support Team.

New - Order has just been created.


In queue - Order is in the queue.


Completed - Order has been completed (money was sent to your customer).


Canceled - Order has been canceled.


Error - There was an error while processing your order.

The Payout function is only available to Merchants who are registered on the ALFAcoins website.
Payout is a payout directly from ALFAcoins accounts to any other address in cryptocurrency form.

*This feature is available using the API only.

Funds withdrawals to cryptocurrencies takes a few minutes.

1. Go to Auto Withdrawal page: Account -> Merchant -> Auto Withdrawal.


2. Select the currency you want to withdrawal in.


3. Click the "Set" button.


4. Set up your  Auto Withdrawal: 

a. Choose the ALFAcoins wallet or enter an external wallet address where you want to receive the funds.
b. Choose the full available amount on the account or enter the desired amount to withdraw.
c. Choose the option when you want to start the withdrawal.
d. Choose how often you want to repeat the withdrawal:

  • One time only
  • Daily
  • Monthly
  • Quarterly
  • Annual

5.Click the "Save" button.

Using this feature you can schedule the Auto Withdrawal of the required amount daily/monthly/quarterly/annual.
Funds withdrawals to cryptocurrencies takes a few minutes.

New - Withdrawal request has been created.


Pending - Withdrawal request is pending.


Completed - Withdrawal request has been completed.


Canceled - Withdrawal request has been canceled.


Rejected - Withdrawal request has been rejected (contact Support for details).

You can withdraw your funds in one of the cryptocurrencies supported on this site.
You can withdraw funds in cryptocurrency form to external or your own ALFAcoins wallet.
There is also a Payout function available to Merchants who are registered on the ALFAcoins website, allowing to send salaries and bonuses to your staff and partners.

You can install a Payment Button on your site, or bill your clients using the API.

This error can occur due to either an incorrect secret key, password, hash or name, or an IP address that is not present on the whitelist.

There is a commission of 0.99% for the use of Merchant Service.


A commission is charged on each transaction: you are free to either include it in the price of the product or to charge the commission to your client over and above the price of the goods.
