2-Step Authentication

You can delete your account by contacting our Support Team or in your account settings by clicking on "USER PROFILE" ➤ "Delete account".

One of the following problems may be the reason for this error:

- You entered the wrong code;
- You entered an outdated code (more than 30 seconds passed after the code was generated).

Install the Google Authenticator application on your smartphone (Android, iPhone). Follow the activation instructions for 2-step Authentication in order to get the code.

You can access any features of the service without 2-step Authentication, but you should remember: It is an extra layer of security to your account.

The 2-Step Authentication (also known as two-factor authentication) is an extra layer of security to your account. You sign in with something you know (your password) and something you have (a verification code from auth app).
